1st/2nd Line Support Analyst - London
A Global Technology Law Firm based in the heart of London are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their new and team. This role will be within the IT Services Team and will report to the Desktop Support Supervisor.
This is an opportunity to work for an organisation on the cutting-edge of technology, with their pioneering AI detection platform just a small part of their move to the future. You will be providing support to over 750 users across Microsoft Office 365 and bespoke specific legal software applications. Withing this team you will be providing support through telephone, face to face and troubleshooting in a varied environment, managing applications including Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory etc.
