Application Support Engineer
A Global cloud-based payments platform is looking for a Application Support Engineer to join the growing team in the HQ in London. They have created the world's most trusted global payments platform that can be easily integrated into the next generation of business payment companies.
The support team is the face of the system for business users and you will need to understand the workflows of the system for both customers and back office users. The role will move into more of a Technical Support role and they will provide training to get you up to speed with understanding code whilst paying for your ITIL and AWS certifications.
- Experience in a support role
- ITIL or AWS certification beneficial
