A Global cloud-based payments platform is looking for a Application Support Engineer to join the growing team in the HQ in London. They have created the world's most trusted global payments platform that can be easily integrated into the next generation of business payment companies.
The support team is the face of the system for business users and you will need to understand the workflows of the system for both customers and back office users. They are looking for someone who continually wants to improve and learn. When you start you will be trained and put through the AWS certification by the company as well as upskilling in other technical areas.
- Experience in a support role
- ITIL experience or certification
