Desktop Support Engineer - FinTech
A Global cloud-based payments platform is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join the growing team in the HQ in London. They have created the world's most trusted global payments platform that can be easily integrated into the next generation of business payment companies.
As part of the support team you will be responsible for providing first and second line support to users in the London office as well as US and European offices. You will have a deep understand and experience in a Mac based environment as well as supporting MS Office Apps.
- Experience in a similar support role
- Experience in a Mac-based environment
- Experience supporting MS Office apps
- Some knowledge of ticketing systems e.g. JIRA
