A leading software developer focusing on automated transcription is looking for a Full Stack Engineer, specialising in React and Node, to help shape an exciting roadmap of future innovations.

 

A company that specialises in building automated transcription platforms, this employer has built a global reputation, with a list of high profile customers. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will help build cutting-edge innovations for this world-leading platform. You will improve the existing platform and introduce new features. You’ll deliver unique storytelling workflows using interactive transcripts. You will also work on third party application and platform integrations.

Key skills:

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES5, ES6 and ES7)

  • Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript and GraphQL (Apollo)

  • Strong knowledge of Node.js microservices packaged with Docker and deployed on AWS ECS

  • Experience of AWS API Gateway/Lambda using the serverless.com framework

  • Experience of using Terraform for creating infrastructure-as-code

  • Our monorepo managed and built with lerna and webpack

  • Experience of using agile development practices (Scrum, TDD, pair programming, CI/CD) 

  • Experience of using GitLab and Slack for collaboration and communication
