Senior Ruby Developer

My client, a leading online market space for creative hire with clients ranging from cutting-edge technology start-ups through to supremely influential retail organisations is looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to help propel their hugely influential Product Team even further!

As part of the Product Team, you'll be joining in the current revolutionising of their cloud-focused platform, adding forward thinking features to an already outstanding base. Customer experience is key and truly at the heart of every design ever conceive or produced for this seamless platform.

As an institution that has completed its Series B investment, raising over £17.5m in investment so far - is publicly backed by multiple high-street and up-market brands, as well as being named one of the 'Hottest Start-Ups' of the last decade by Wired Magazine. With a catalogue of 200,000+ clients and constantly expanding, my client has become the renowned name across the globe for creative and innovative spaces for the selling industries.

The Role:

  • Building automation tools and engines for comparison matching
  • Re-developing a communication platform for the use of customer facing teams
  • Providing continuous improvements to data collection and storage process
  • Redesigning deployment pipeline for decrease in product operation latency time
  • Aiding with microservice structure architecture design


  • Ruby on Rails
  • Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP Azure etc.)
  • Database knowledge i.e. NoSQL
  • Good knowledge of automation testing
  • ETL Porcesses - Elasticsearch
