Service Desk Analyst - London - £32K
A Service Desk Analyst is needed by one of the biggest and most technologically advanced legal firms to join their London based team. This role will report to the IT Director and will be responsible for supporting users on various Microsoft Applications and legal-specific applications.
They are firm believers in technology and are looking for application support analysts who are also incredibly passionate about technology. They are also looking for individuals who are keen to build relationships and really embed themselves within the IT services team.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft 2010 or above
- Experience working with Windows 10
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Great communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
