They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their People team and help attract the best people, committing to the businesses vision, mission and culture.
You will be expected to provide candidates with the best experience and encounters with the company, and the team throughout the process. They're looking for a smart and diligent individual who takes pride in finding and hiring the right person!
What you will have:
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience in a tech environment
- Start up and scaling experience is preferable
- A track record of establishing strong relationships both internally and externally
- Proficient communication and relationship skills - with an emotional intelligent approach
- Proficient Microsoft skills
- Excellent attention to detail
